1. The hotel is clean (although there are the mentioned renovations here and there), the staff knowledgeable and professional and adjacent parking is affordable, convenient and well managed.

5. They tried to charge us $10 for parking, $10 for breakfast (like everyone says - its not worth $2.00 let alone $10 - but i'm not complaining as I got it included free) and $10 for Wi-Fi.
