1. I forgot my toothbrush and planned on trying to locate a store in an unfamiliar town but when I mentioned this to the Front desk staff, I was given a new toothbrush at no charge.

5. I was a huge fan of the snack and drink bar in the lobby, the ability to charge it to our room really was convenient and we didn't have to leave for a water or red bull.
