2. My bill was not accurate, and the clerk a bit surly but a friend received exemplar service upon check-out with complimentary flight check in, boarding pass printing (perhaps even an upgrade to 1st class), and luggage check-in service.

The check in was very efficient and professional, suite was superb with view of Wynns and Golf course, Bathroom is beautiful with all amenities incuding flat screen TV and weight scales, bed very good - pillows slightly too firm for us, 2 FS TVs and nice sitting area on lower level with desk and office facilities, large safe and stacked (expensive) mini bar.
