1. My check out was also painless, and I got an exceptionally great service from Krystal at the front desk, she treated us with utmost respect and she was very nice and accommodating.

9. The service of the staff, although friendly and attentive, is lacking simply because there are not enough staff to cover this three in one hotel complex and the needs of everyone there (like a morning rush to check out) or a long line and the belldesk to arrange for transportation or taxi.

10. The Hotel restaurants were in my opinion expensive for what you get and of course it's recommended to dine off the strip so check out off strip and 'downtown' dining.
