Discussions with the general
manager
on site did nothing to rectify the situation, only a weak apology and no effort to compensate, just a promise that I would receive better service the next time (who said there would be a next time).

s are like '21' that they are unprepared, or have no power but they certainly have no idea when it comes to running this hotel.

I called the 'priority service' number again to complain and they finally let me speak to some sort of
manager
, who apologized and comped our dinner and moved us to another room, he was going to send someone 'right up' with the new keys.
