6. Resort fee of $20 per day is actually a great value - provides access to the gym, free wifi, and a daily newspaper; as all the hotels in Vegas charge additional fees for amenities, this took care of everything and there were no surprises.

7. Maybe I was just in awe by the size of everything at the hotel (and that's coming from a New Yorker!) but the suite that we stayed in ($129/night, plus a $17 resort fee per night which isn't made very obvious on their website) was huge.

8. I voiced my disappointment at this level of service (after also not being allowed to get into my room upon check-in until past 5:15 pm on my date of arrival - which I think is really late) and was offered a refund on the resort fee for my 4 day stay, which I accepted.
