Staff did not offer any suggestions or really any apology, except they were 'sorry'; lighting in the room was very poor, be prepared to be romantic; unable to accomodate a late check-out for our redeye flight (kinda bummed about this due to the $300/night price tag); minibar key did not work, so we had to call someone to come deal w/ that.
