1. we had a juniour suite very clean good beds staff including cleaners polite and happy great bar check out the moving portraits.

2. Descending a narrow staircase from the 12th floor at 3am in your pajamas is never going to be a positive experience, but on the whole I felt the staff handled it well and there was no problem for us to arrange a late check out the next day.
