1. When I am paying good money, I naturally expect the service and quality to come with the additional cost; and the Clift never lets me down:The appearance and atmosphere are second to none and your hours travelling immediately forgotten as you enter the unique atmosphere.

5. I used my points, so I didn't pay, if room is less than $150.00,I think it's good, but not hotel website price ( $200 over)There ware no one begging for money at door like other reviews, but A lot around hotel.

7. Granted, it's in the heart of San Fran and this is an expensive city, but THE OWNERS DON'T APPEAR TO BE PUTTING MONEY BACK IN TO THE ROOMS, and it shows.
