1. Location was also great with easy acces to public transport and only a 5 minute walk to Union Square.

2. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is good very close to Union Square so easy to get around, however outside the hotel front there were a lot of homeless people around, harmless enough but not what you always want.
