1. Upon arrival, it was evident that the staff could not do enough to help; everyone from the doormen to the concierge to the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and consitantly willing to help out in any way they could.

7. We stayed at the Clift in January, it was a decent hotel, beautiful foyer area, the suite we stayed in was quite large, with probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, the service was very good, especially by Andrea at concierge.
