5. Hallways and elevator were freezing, I have heard if you don't stay in the new towers the rooms can get cold as well.

8. Pro's-Occasionally has good rates-Clean and adequate rooms-A Starwood property-Right on Union Square (this is a con for me, but some people really like the area)Con's-Rooms are somewhat dated.
