2. We were in the older section of the hotel which we liked but it didn't have any of the 'special' products in the bath or a bathrobe which I always look forward too.

3. the signature heavenly bed and bath is just like that, HEAVENLY, that's why i try to stick with the WESTIN whenever i can.
