1. The parking is some of the most secure in SF so you can drive in - leave your bags and valuables in your car and valet (about $30 for a few hours) and have it come back with said valuable and luggage intact.

3. You don't have in/out privileges, so as long as you're just looking to keep a car somewhere overnight, the underground parking is significantly cheaper.
