So we called the hotel and the
manager
gave us an exception for our dog (after we described her quiet/gentle nature), and he upgraded us to a superior room with king bed and city views.

The service we received was great and staff was very friendly including Yolanda the sales

who picked up our breakfast tab just goes to show how customer orientated the staff are.

We arrived at the hotel nearly two hours before check in time but the front desk agent and his

not only accomodated us but I believe gave us a free upgrade to a nicer, corner room.
