1. My one recommendation to the general manager of this property - update the rooms.

2. So we called the hotel and the manager gave us an exception for our dog (after we described her quiet/gentle nature), and he upgraded us to a superior room with king bed and city views.

9. We arrived at the hotel nearly two hours before check in time but the front desk agent and his manager not only accomodated us but I believe gave us a free upgrade to a nicer, corner room.
