5. Service and amenities in the hotel are good, except for the gym which desperately needs to be redesigned - simply moving the weights to the upper level and leaving the current weights area for stretching only would would solve the very awkward current layout.

7. If a guest is paying quite a bit of money to stay in the establishment, that amenity should be free or else not listed as one.

8. An upscale hotel, that didn't offer WiFi in the room, than didn't have Java on their business center computer after charging $10 to use it--- Even the much more economical hotels have this amenity free of charge.
