4. One last thing is when we had to get a taxi outside the hotel door quite early in the morning and we were very quickly surrounded by homeless people, to be honest I was a bit taken aback and was afraid as they were quite aggressive and were looking for money it would be good if they could have security at the doors to help their customers have a safe exit.

10. Close to the BART, shopping, dining, etc. However, for that kind of money, I like my room to have a bit more style and i'd probably choose a different hotel next time.
