Great rooms, great conference facilities, great location, great room-service food, (mostly) great staff; VERY expensive parking ($50/day plus valet tips--so better stay elsewhere if you have a car) and mercenary minibar setup (items are wired so when touched, you're immediately charged whether you actually took the item or not--very risky with kids).
