There was one problem with the final bill; one email to the General
Manager
and I received a prompt and professional reply that satisfactorily addressed the issue.

Don`t want to identify the latter hotel because

was so nice, but arrived with 3 TV channels, spotty wi-fi, faced a brick wall, mold.

On the plus side, the hotel

offered me a free breakfast for all of the hassles I encountered.
