1. Apparently some rooms have Sleep Number beds; this one had normal mattresses that were decent, and good pillows.

3. We had a 'King View' room on the 15th floor with a *very* comfy king bed, oversize pillows with different firmness choices, a great view to the northwest and the Golden Gate towers.
