7. One caveat: DON'T take the parking package from the hotel--all that gives you is one validation--no in/out privileges--for the same $16 you'll pay the garage; and worse, by paying through the hotel all the high taxes get applied to the parking fee as well.

8. Instead of having to ask for an upgrade at check in, if it is available, you automatically get it for an extra fee, but at a reduced rate.

9. The Kubuki positives are the location and the ability to park on Geary without paying garage fees, a biggee in SF.
