Excellent location, right in Japan Town and with great access to all nearby attractions like Union Square, Civic Center, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street , Filmore etc. Very helpful and polite staff at the reception and

The wifi access is patchy to say the least, when I asked the
concierge
they said it was the provider and they could do nothing about it but well it does the trick for some quick internet checks.

We happened to get a great deal on the rooms but because of the thin walls and weak

services I would have been very disappointed if we paid regular rates.
