1. I was annoyed at the fact that one had to pay for the internet- surely that counts as a basic service these days.

2. Wireless internet costs, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds so close, that I rather spent my change there when I needed access to the internet.

5. The Belleclaire, right off of Broadway, has many features that make it great for a visit to NYC: location, small fridges in the room (not the minibar kind), a great workout room, and a great guest lounge with unlimited hot drinks, newspapers, snacks, bottled water, TV and internet access.
