3. I would recommend the hotel purchases a bar for guests to use either on a bench or elsewhere - it does't' have to be olympic standard.

5. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and of course you are right between two excellent parks with Riverside Park 2 blocks one direction and beautiful Central Park just 3 blocks away the other direction and the subway is only 2 blocks away.

It wasn't the cleanest, there was an empty water bottle left under the bed, used bars of soap on the bath & quite dusty, plus the balcony door didn't shut properly & there was a big gap in between the window which we plugged with a towel, but there was no sign of mice or bed bugs as feared, and the bed was clean with fresh linen on arrival.

10. I would advise to got early as it the size of a living room and gets very busy, but excellent food(plus free bottle of house wine) Also loads of great bars again passed the the fire station.
