1. I was worried about the lobby construction so I contacted the hotel manager and as a good will gesture he updated our room.

3. After running down to ask the manager I was greeted with a response as though he didnt take us seriously or was thinking 'typical tourist', Nonetheless, he gave me some information about how expensive a doctor would be but he seemed like he wasnt concerned to help.

6. The reception told us they'd look into it and I spoke to the manager everyday to check whether there was any news, on the last day I asked again and got a reply 'there's nothing we can do about it, you should of made a police complaint'.

10. The front desk staff were largely clueless, uncaring, or just plain jerks, but one (the manager I think) was very nice to us, and did everything he could to make our stay more comfortable.
