1. Our room was clean and tidy (which personally is the most important thing for us) with a relatively new bathroom and decor, as well as very comfortable beds.

Have to say even tho the Sheraton was right in times square we much preferred this hotel, it's a lovely boutique sort of hotel staff are friendly, rooms aren't huge (it is New york!) but decor was lovely, even tho we had to walk a good few blocks to get ot Times Square we would definately stay here again.
