The positives included a prompt- as requested- wake up call at 3:30 AM, a prompt shuttle ride to the airport terminal, a very warm and informative check-in registrar, Bliss toiletries (lovely), a 24 hour breakfast/snack area in the lobby, swimming pool, inviting bar and lounge,complimentary newspapers, free internet connection, and comfortable and spotless bedding.

9. There is a desk, with an ergonomic chair that is actually comfortable to sit in, and wireless internet connection that doesn't fail when you watching YouTube or trying to submit that last minute report.
