1. It was a toss up on where to stay, downtown where everything is or the cool & trendy Aloft Portland that states: 'Check in and let the fun begin.

2. Location is about a 20 min drive to downtown, so not particularly convenient from that perspective, but MAX Red Line a short walk away that takes you downtown in about 35-40 min is a nice convenience.
