4. The check in and rooms were good and most of the staff (Theo) was great and helpful, but for some reason the Wxyz bar male staff had some bad attitude (unless you were young and female) as compared to the female manager and female bartenders.

6. The otherwise super smiley Front Office man - I can't fault his smile - was told to deal with me as I'd said 'gee, you know I sent email to the General Manager as I'm a COO planning a ton of travel, and this price felt a bit high when I read others paying far less.
