1. Even the complimentary Wifi was inconsistent in our room, resulting in frequent lost connection.

The positives included a prompt- as requested- wake up call at 3:30 AM, a prompt shuttle ride to the airport terminal, a very warm and informative check-in registrar, Bliss toiletries (lovely), a 24 hour breakfast/snack area in the lobby, swimming pool, inviting bar and lounge,complimentary newspapers, free internet connection, and comfortable and spotless bedding.

3. Loved everything about this hotel - the staff, the efficiency of the room, smart decor of the room, complimentary use of bicycles, great location - lots of retail shops and restaurants right outside the door, free parking, and easy access to light rail.

Staff were super friendly, loved the Bliss products, bed was super comfy and nice linens (not those tacky synthetic bedspreads that you usually get), complimentary Spin mag, lobby flight screens, airport check-in counters, airport shuttle and water also made me happyWill definitely stay if I'm ever in Portland again.
