5. The rest of the design issues are merely annoying:- The 'loft' concept means that the room is semi-open and if you turn on the lights in the bathroom, it also illuminates the bedroom - annoying for the other person trying to sleep in the bedroom- Similarly, there is no light over the toilet (just in the shower), so it's like sitting in a dark outhouse- There is no room service and the food choices at the hotel are limited; there are also very few good options within walking distance- For some reason, housekeeping never made it to our room.
