1. The units were clean, kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook, and the beach equipment was very helpful- chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. I highly recommend staying there.

6. It is not crowded (at least in September), the main pool is lovely and charming, the grounds are lush, and there is a pretty (but long and steep) path down to the beach, which is small but nice with good snorkling right there.
