1. Because unit is away from the parking lot you aren't subjected to noise of cars, you do hear the gas powered golf carts though when the windows or doors are open.

3. He gets 5 star for service from me although reception desk was just OK :) Location: My bldg was conveniently next to parking lot right by entrance, swimming pool and restaurants.

6. Up the hill near the parking lot and reception area, surrounded by the condos up there, is the much bigger pool area which is also really nice.

9. We noticed that many condos were a bit of a trek from parking, so we were very pleased to be able to park so close and for free (unlike the parking at our resort, which was $13 a day and required nearly a quarter mile walk).

10. The beach in Hanalei was really great (swimming, surfing and relaxing), Tunnels Beach was also very nice (parking wasn't great but good for snorkeling, relaxing and catching the sunset)The condo was in great shape with comfy beds/couches and a nicely stocked kitchen.
