1. The resort comes in once a week for a clean and a towel exchange.
2. The units all have new pots and pans, coffee makers, knives, cutlery, utensils etc. The bedding and towels are all new and very good quality.
3. 3) the unit was poorly maintained - peeling wallpaper, shoddy maintanance were it was done (holes left in the walls when putting up new towel bars, grout that didn't match).
4. 4) Our kitchen unit came with: dish soap, dish washer soap, ice cube trays, paper towels, coffee filters, dry coffee condiments (sweeteners), dish towels, plenty of assorted dishes and cookware, and a small box of laundry soap.

5. Condo has everything-tennis racquets, boogies boards, beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, washer-dryer, towels, full kitchen dishes and utensils, DVD player plus great DVDs, TVs, A/C, internet.
6. The towels are nice and big and perfect for the beach, so you don't have to use the ones in the condo.
7. As long as you return them, you get new clean towels or your card back (2 towels per card, I recommend asking for 2 cards if you are 2 people, so you always have extra to leave in your car), and you just need to make sure to get these back to them when you check out.
8. Everything is provided in the condo - plenty of towels, nice soft bedding, pretty much everything you need in the kitchen.
9. Paper towels, napkins, salt and pepper, rubbermaid containers, foil, a cutting board and a dozen hangers were unexpected extras nice to have.

10. 00 room fee, $5.00 energy fee, cleaning fee's, towel fee's, room safe fee's, lost key fee's, better hang on to your wallet.
