3. Make sure you try Hanalei Pizza the food was great and they had live entertainment sometimes, we ate there severl times and really enjoyed it.

4. We drove to Hanalei each night for dinner, our favorite place was a tapas restaurant called Bar Acuda - it had a great atmosphere wonderful food and surprisingly reasonable prices .

5. We used the kitchen and grill area a lot for fresh fish and the food we stocked up on at Costco after coming in from the airport (recommended - get your delicious kona coffee there and more to bring home) and Safeway in Kapa'a (also recommended).

6. Incidently, the nearby Regis Hotel is not to be missed for a romantic meal on the Makana Terrace with amazing views and excellent food.
