3. can you tell me in which 4 or 5 star rated hotel can give you this kind of attention? we had a nice 2BR room facing the pool at the first floor, with a nice living room, a complete nice kitchen, two bathrooms and a patio facing the pool.

4. The kitchen had a microwave, 2 burners, toaster oven, mini fridge, and dishwasher.

5. The door to the balcony would not lock (I have two young children), the doors to the kitchen presses were falling off, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathrooms were not clean.

6. (This was rectified)Our third and final room was still no better but we were told this was the best available ? Dead blue bottles on floor, light switches could be moved to expose wires, exposed wires in kitchen cupboards, holes in blankets, stained sheets, dirty old threadbare towels.

7. The room was much smaller than the pictures portray (imagine that) and the 2 burner cook top does not exactly a kitchen make.
