1. the check in is very smooth as well the check out, the staff at the lobby is great, really helpfull.

3. The overall view of the hotel is lovely which is just an add on to the lush guest check in/ lobby area!the receptionists are polite, friendly and they can easily fool you into believing that the rest of your stay will be extraordinary, but that cant be further from the truth.
