6. I can't say much about the other amenities because I don't spend much time in the hotel, but the front desk staff helped me out with getting a taxi to Medieval Times, which is 15 miles away and that in itself was worth the possible drunk driving ticket/jail time I might have gotten otherwise.

7. ) All the staff at the front desk were so helpful, always at hand, the ones that stand out are Marisel an Kaitlyn, also in the (virgin) breakfast room Erika an nikki were so lovely, and not forgetting Lydia, in a whole all staff were lovely.

9. All front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful and very friendly - the manager even printed our boarding cards out for us when there was a problem with the printer linked to the pc in reception.
