1. This was our 1st time at the Enclave Suites and we have had the best time ever, hotel staff really friendly and helpful we emailed the manager Melissa prior to our arrival and she exceeded our expectations we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but after reading reviews were expecting the grab and go option so was pleastly surprised, The suite had everything we needed it was a great location just off International Drive, Hotel amenities great after long days at the Disney Parks, nice pool the kids loved the Friday Night Pool Movie nights with pizza, good alternative to getting ready to go out after a full on day in Disney.

2. We stayed in July 2011 and have booked to return on August 10th 2012 and will be contacing the extremly helpful and polite hotel manager to request a newly refurbished room to make our second trip to the Enclave suites as perfect as the last one.

Melissa is a great general manager, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Lianne, Plinio, Brandy, Heather (all the staff, if i missed anyone im sorry) made us feel welcome as soon as our taxi dropped us off, nothing was too much trouble for them, this is the first hotel i have been able to request a late check out, and got it with no fuss at all.

Hi cannot express how much what a wonderful holiday we had at the Enclave suites Orlando floride , first trip for my two daughters and they loved every minute , we have already booked to go back , we had a two bedroom suite and it was great , full kitchen area with everythink you need , we had or own bedrooms which was nice , a nice area to eat if you were in to eat!, perfect spot for all the attractions , room cleaned every day and quite honestley do not know what else you would need for a wonderful orlando disney holiday , speak to Melissa Glenn hotel manager she is great and they really cannot do enough for you we went on a virgin holiday and had breakfast included in our own area of the hotel which made you feel just a bit more speacial and saves a fortune ignore the poor reviews quit unbelievable it is a great holiday base , if you want to spena all day in your room book a 5 star place and sit ther for a place that is more than good enough with all you need right near to all the attractions BOOK the Enclaves .

5. Melissa Glenn the manager is such a helpful woman, and is always there to help you during your holiday, she will accomadate you for all your needs and will make your holiday a life changing experience with her knowledge of the area.

6. The hotel is managed by Melissa, the General Manager and her superb team, who we have gradually got to know over the years, the word NO is not in her vocabulary.

7. The manager, Melissa was wonderful, and came out to ensure we were happy with our room, and even gave us a 2nd mini fridge when I asked for our baby's needs.

8. All the staff are very helpful, One of the managers called Hanna was very helpful and Marisel was great.

9. Had an amazing welcome from Veira who is one of the managers we also got upgraded for free to the hot breakfast buffet which is always good to kick start your long day.

10. All front desk staff and concierge were extremely helpful and very friendly - the manager even printed our boarding cards out for us when there was a problem with the printer linked to the pc in reception.
