I have to say that after reading some reviews myself & my family were sceptical about the hotel, however we have recieved fantastic service from the staff, there are always friendly, have 2 superb rooms which both overlook the lake & seaworld, free breakfast everyday with lots of choice, the location is perfect- right in the centre of I-drive.

7. We are staying at this hotel for our wedding & my partners birthday the guests we have had such as haurdresser, beautician have also commented about the fantastic service from the staff.

8. What we can't get to using the I-Ride, we get to using the hotel transport service, run by the lovely Nixon and Julia.

9. Also there is Free round trip transportation to Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, Wet n Wild with a regular service to the Disney parks for a reasonable charge.
