1. They claim to give refund when you check out (they credit your card) So I guess it's like buying something at a store and then getting a refund.

3. The staff, although confused with prices and the ability to charge a credit card the right amount (We were over charged and had to continue to remind them that they needed to refund us the $75), were VERY helpful at 11pm and midnight on Friday with noisy patrons.

6. we did get great service though when they gave us a full refund - we are not snobby but we just could not stay in this hotel.
