1. not a 'local charge' like they say in the uk!julia and nixon (taxi drivers) lovely people worth every penny of our money they became friends, security guard jimmy lovely didnt want us to check out.

3. Check in and check out was handled nicely by Carlos and he even switched our room for us, I had requested by email for a room with a view and we were given the ground floor!however, within an hour we were in our new room on the 4th floor.

Melissa is a great general manager, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Lianne, Plinio, Brandy, Heather (all the staff, if i missed anyone im sorry) made us feel welcome as soon as our taxi dropped us off, nothing was too much trouble for them, this is the first hotel i have been able to request a late check out, and got it with no fuss at all.
