1. The manager told me that because of the convenience of this location, they can charge whatever they want, and can offer marginal service, and customers will continue to book rooms, and be happy to do so.

3. When we checked in we did not have a private balcony but the manager was accommodating and transferred us to another room that had a private balcony.

Finally, I know the first receiptionist give us wrong key card, this lady - Candice, dress in black, like a manager, but the service & manner she provided is really bad, I feel she is discrimination to chinese, she do not have smiling & wearing dark face all the time, I have never make compliant before, but this time, I cannot.

Dirty (food crumbs on floor), stains on most bathroom surfaces, shower did not work properly, very sparsely furnished room, very crowded and busy hotel, The Duty Manager was helpful in solving the problems within his power but the fact remains this hotel is overpriced and very much in need of a major overhaul.
