1. The guy should definitely be in charge of client experience, as that's what he does, creates fun and relaxing experience for the guests.

I don't care how how good I am not spending 50 bucks on buffet style food and you do not want to eat just at the hotel all week so again NOT using this feature of kids eating free with paying adult), resort cultural classes (lame, weak excuse), collection of coupons (seems interesting, lame), free photo and photo session (lame, and people who probably do this do it only to get something for their 25 buck per day resort charge).
