1. Dated rooms but clean and housekeeping staff very nice.

2. The manager on duty was very sorry for what happened and told her that they are overwhelmed with so many rooms and that we have to understand them because housekeeping is working from 9 AM to 6PM every day and he gave her two coupons for free drinks.
