1. From the warm greeting on check-in to the upgrade room without my asking, superb room location to all activities, fabulous pools, good food and late check-out request granted with style reinforces what will be my continued patronage.

10. Our room was lovely, clean and large, but located in a distant building which required walking over uncovered walkways, which would have been pleasant in good weather--but unfortunately we had rain and a temperature in the low 50's.
