5. Stacy Shapiro (one of the convention managers) is one of the best in the valley, if you have a choice ask for her, some of her colleagues do not have a clue about their job, but she is amazing.

From the help we received from the concierge's desk ( especially Jordan ), Rhonda's wonderful personality in Wright's bar ( her personal attention is unsurpassed ), Chef Todd Sicolo's personal advise to our teenage son who whats to enter the culinary field and best of all Nate Anseth ( Villa and Ocatilla Executive Lounge Manager) personal help in arranging our reservations.
