1. From the moment we pulled up we felt like we were treated like royalty, everyone from the valet to the front desk to room service, the spa, the pool staff were just awesome.

2. When I inquired at the front desk about the charge I was informed that free valet is only before (sometime I don't recall the exact time) and since I had left my car overnight I was charged the fee.
