1. When the bill came not only did they charge me for the 'free' night, they also charged me for my free AmEx platinum night.

6. There are plenty of outlets in the room to charge your electronics (phone, camera, etc.) We liked that they not only have glasses in the bathroom but wine glasses and tall glasses.

7. We got a fall deal, paying $199/night + $25 resort charge which is excellent, but Mon-Thurs the price rises substantially, so plan your visit accordingly.
