1. As we had rented a car (for which the Biltmore had plentiful free parking), we would then venture out of the hotel for a day of hiking.

7. I called the parking/cart guys and asked the parking bell captain what that was about and he said basically said that since we didn't tip each time (it was getting expensive), they added this fee.

10. They had a large parking lot right in front of the main entrance that was for valet parking only - so you have to pay someone to park your car 30ft.
